Mother’s Day is now right around the corner and everybody wants to get mom something she will love without sending a ton of money. This is we’re sisters get to kill us; they simply have a better idea on what mom would want. So I got with a female friend of mine and got some gift ideas that won’t kill the pocket put and impress mom.

Smash Box a make-up company, has a soft lip gloss collection that would make a great mother’s day gift with a selection of six lip glosses there are bound to be one or two that anyone would like. Smash Box itself is a top selling makeup; there line can be found in almost any mall form Sephora to Nordstrom.

The six lip glosses are all in travel sizes and are limitless long wear. The colors in the pack are Brown Sugar, Glam, Illume, Afterglow, Infinite and 24/7. The colors vary form a neutral to a purple and in between. All of the shades are soft and perfect for any everyday use.

Then there is Burt’s Bees an earth-friendly attitude and with readily available products. Whole Foods carries most of their line and with that the case it is hard not to like accessibility. Right now they have a Head to Toe Kit with a selection of travel size items a perfect gift for mom as summer is right around the corner. The Kit contains Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleaning Cream, Peppermint & Rosemary Body Wash, Hand Salve, Milk & Honey Lotion, Foot Cream and a Lip Balm. The price right around $13 not bad at all.

They also have a Radiance Healthy Glow Kit; again with travel size items form there Radiance line. This has Radiance Face Cleanser, Radiance Day Lotion, Radiance Night Cream, Radiance Eye Cream and Radiance Shimmer. This package is right around $15 which is also a great price. One point to take in is these are travel items so even if mom doesn’t use these items at home, she will on the road for the simple fact that she has them. That will make mother’s everywhere happy and with a little luck maybe one of the items finds a place at home with mom and you win big for thinking outside the box.

The Soap & Paper Factory has a lot facts to like about them, one-there products are vegan, they have no animal testing, no additives, and no petrochemicals and so on. Two- it is made here in the USA, Three- it is reasonable priced. Now just to let you know Burt’s Bee and Smash Box also pride themselves on those points as well. So four- this company your mom might not be familiar with. I took a look at their hand creams and they are all awesome! You see things in the ingredients list like Shea butter, Aloe, Coconut oil, Beeswax things that just say natural.

The packaging is eye catch, and then the actually item has the same design making it easy to replace, with each hand cream having an individual design. The hand creams are available on-line (soap& for $18 per cream and in six options Verbena, Lavender, Jasmine, Gardenia, Geranium, and Green Tea. This is a great option it is simple it has an everyday use and the possibility that mom is not familiar with this company is awesome. Finally not to worry she will love it.

Okay well that is it for the Mother’s Day gift selection. Hope this helps you figure out what to get mom, wife or babies mama for her special day. I hope to see all of you in November for Christmas selections, until then have fun and good luck.
